The Process
At least two hours before the event all the links and HTML pages need to be emailed to us:
- The "Session is on-air" Join Page
- The "Session is replayed" Join Page
- The "Session is not available" Join Page
- The e-mail address to request transcripts from
- The e-mail address to comment to
At least ten minutes before the event there should be a sound check. Typically the audio is sent via a telephone interface before being delayed for broadcast.
When the show begins the "Session is on-air" Join Page is presented to each new audience member. Meanwhile a veteran Earize reporter begins to transcribe the audio in real time. The transcript data is sent instantly to one or more physical servers in the secure data center. The servers then forward the data to each member of your audience. Audience late comers will receive the then current event text.
When the show ends the "Session is replayed" Join Page is presented to each new audience member. Each new audience member sees the text from the beginning. If requested, Earize will continue to monitor audience statistics.
Finally Earize can post the "Session is not available" Join Page to let your audience know when the next event is or to redirect them to useful parts of your Internet presence.
