Earize Communications - Internet Streaming Text Service For Broadcasters

Audio

The accuracy and quality of the delivered text can never be better than the audio Earize™ receives.

One of the best ways to deliver audio to Earize is by telephone using an audio interface (see devices made by JK Audio and Gentner for examples). To minimize latency, the interface should tap your audio feed before any delay devices.

Another mechanism is off-air and off a satellite feed. Earize has reporters stationed throughout the US and quite possibly in your broadcast area.

Earize personnel can also physically be at your venue. In these cases their feed can also be used to originate captioning on video feeds, local audience monitors and video projectors.

Regardless of how the audio feed is gets to Earize, it is a good idea to test audio five minutes before the event.
